Encountering Jesus in the Garden of Your Mind

Hello dear friend! It's Jennifer again, and I'm so glad you've joined me today. I want to share something very close to my heart - how meeting with Jesus in our memories can bring profound healing.

After I was baptized in the Spirit, I began learning that Jesus is in everything, that He was present in every traumatic experience I had gone through. So I started to practice rewiring those experiences by closing my eyes, going back to those moments, and asking Him to reveal Himself to me there.

This practice does a wonderful thing in our brains - it changes the after-effects of that trauma, making it a little bit easier knowing that we weren't alone. It takes time, gentleness with ourselves, and a trust that even when we may not instantly feel better, Jesus has it all in His hands.

The beautiful thing is, our brains are neuroplastic, meaning core memories can change. And inviting Jesus into these memories doesn't mean He is okay with what happened - not at all. But as we learn to embrace Him and spend time with Him, healing comes.

So in this post, I want to bless you by sharing an audio encounter that I've found incredibly powerful. It's a guided meditation where we meet Jesus in the garden. I first learned about this practice a few years ago, and it became a lifeline for me.

Please know that this audio recording is a new venture for me, so I ask for your grace as I learn and grow in this medium. We all have to start somewhere, right? I trust that as I step out in faith, God will use even my imperfect offerings.

Friend, wherever you are in your healing journey, know that you are not alone. Jesus is with you, ready to meet you in every memory, every wound, every place that needs His healing touch. I pray that as you listen to this guided meditation, you will encounter His presence and love in a profound way.

Enjoy this precious time with our Savior. And remember, He is making all things new - even the painful parts of our stories.

With love,
Jennifer
